John K. “Jack” O’Donohue is President of Accurate Title, one of New Hampshire’s leading title and closing companies, where he oversees the firm’s strategic growth, operations, and long term vision. He also serves as Managing Partner of Touchstone Closing, the New England real estate closing platform he co-founded in 2016.
Over the past decade, Jack has helped build one of New England’s premier real estate closing organizations, with offices throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts and a team of more than 125 professionals. In 2026, he joined Accurate Title as President to lead the company’s next phase of growth, investing in technology, infrastructure, and people while preserving Accurate Title’s more than 40-year legacy of exceptional service and trusted local relationships.

Through the partnership between Accurate Title and Touchstone Closing, he is focused on expanding resources, strengthening local expertise, and delivering an exceptional closing experience for buyers, sellers, lenders, REALTORS®, and attorneys across the region.

In addition to his executive leadership responsibilities, Jack hosts The Touchstone Showcase, a podcast featuring conversations with leading real estate professionals from across New England and beyond. He is also the creator of The Donut Digest, a lighthearted video series highlighting independent donut shops that has been featured on regional television, radio, and digital media.
Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Trinity College before receiving his Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys boating, fishing, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his family throughout New England.
