Our team conducts a thorough title examination of the property’s chain of ownership. We identify and resolve any liens, easements, or title issues before closing. Once clear, we prepare and issue a title commitment.
We draft and review all legal documents required for the closing. Our team works with all parties to finalize closing disclosures and instructions, and confirms homeowner’s insurance coverage and tax data are current.
We schedule an in-person, mail-away, or remote signing that works for you. All parties sign final documents securely and clearly — we guide you through every page. Final documents are then recorded with the county registry.
Owner and/or lender title insurance policies are issued promptly. All parties receive a completed closing package. Funds are disbursed through escrow in accordance with the closing instructions.
