Attorney Jacqueline M. “Jackie” Hudkins founded Hudkins Law & Title in 2006. In August 2026, Jackie and her team of title professionals joined Accurate Title, and they now continue that work as the Hudkins Group at Accurate Title where they continue the same high level of title and settlement services that they’ve been providing in NH and MA for two decades.

Jackie began practicing law in 2005 and founded Hudkins Law & Title in 2006. Following 20 successful years building and leading Hudkins Law, Jackie joined Accurate Title as Vice President of The Hudkins Group, continuing her commitment to delivering exceptional legal and title services throughout New Hampshire.
Alongside her practice, she has served as an educator and thought leader within the profession: teaching New Hampshire Realtor Continuing Education courses, instructing attorneys through North East Land Title Association educational programs, and serving as an Adjunct Professor at Colby-Sawyer College. She is a contributing author and editor of multiple Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education publications on the practice of real estate.
