With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate title and closing industry, Stephanie Billingsley brings extensive operational knowledge and a hands-on understanding of the closing process to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Accurate Title.
Having worked in nearly every facet of the title and closing process throughout her career, Stephanie combines deep industry experience with a passion for improving operations, developing strong teams, and creating an exceptional experience for clients and industry partners.
As COO, Stephanie oversees Accurate Title’s day-to-day operations, focusing on process improvement, technology integration, team development, and maintaining the high level of service Accurate Title has built its reputation on. She has played a key role in modernizing the company’s systems and workflows while helping the organization grow and adapt to an ever-changing real estate industry.
Known for her practical, solutions-focused approach, Stephanie believes that great operations ultimately come down to great people, clear communication, and a commitment to continually finding better ways to serve clients and support the team.
Stephanie lives in Auburn with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she serves as the unofficial COO of an equally busy family operation, coordinating a packed schedule of sports, activities, and everything in between. When she isn’t at Accurate Title or chauffeuring someone to their next destination, she enjoys staying involved in her community as an active member of her children’s school PTA.
